Hey there — I’m Heidi.

I paint what I feel — the calm of salt air, the pull of the mountains, and that quiet strength that lives somewhere between grit and grace. Growing up in North Carolina pretty much spoiled me — I got the best of both worlds: misty mountain mornings and ocean sunsets that make you stop mid-sentence. That’s where I see God most clearly — in the details He tucked into nature.

My art comes straight from life and memory — early mornings fishing with my family, the hum of firehouse days that taught me courage and faith, and the little moments that remind me to slow down. Every painting has a bit of my story in it, but my hope is it connects to yours too — that it makes you pause, smile, or feel something you didn’t expect.

Before painting full-time, I wore a lot of hats — firefighter, personal trainer, real estate agent, small business owner — and somewhere in there, probably a few too many baseball caps and tool belts. Each chapter taught me something about resilience, faith, and finding beauty even when things get messy.

Now, I get to spend my days painting what I love and sharing it with people who see the beauty in the in-between — the quiet, honest, perfectly imperfect moments that make up a life.
